About the Role
This is a hands-on software engineering position focused on backend service implementation using Python. You’ll be working on creating modular APIs for real-world applications, using a strict TDD approach, and building systems that are both fast and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement real-world services as modular, production-ready APIs
- Follow a strict Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology: write tests first, code second
- Build at speed without compromising reliability or maintainability
- Design and iterate on scalable, well-structured database schemas
- Maintain clear, developer-friendly documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with production-grade Python
- Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Proven track record of building and scaling large systems at high velocity
- Strong understanding of database schema design and data modeling
- Ability to write clean, correct, and maintainable code under tight timelines
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Model) function-calling protocols and service integration paradigms
